STANDARD LOCAL SHIPPING (Ready Stock)

All shipping within Malaysia will be charged flat rate RM7(WM) ,RM10 (EM). Purchase RM100(WM) , RM200 (EM) and above, delivery is FREE. You will receive your order from 3-5 working days [excluding weekends/ holidays] from the date of payment authorised and verified. Process may take up to two (2) days after verification as our Customer Service Representative need to review and process your order information for shipping. A shipping notification email will be sent to notify you of the tracking number and the courier service is used to ship your oder.

*Order will be shipped within 1-3 working days of ordering.

**Please note that the delivery time is based on estimation only. We do not guarantee the delivery dates.

PRE ORDER SHIPPING

Delivery 2-4 weeks

This estimation time is calculated based on overall successful deals from our previous customers, you might receive the parcel late due to Oversea or Malaysia Custom clearance delay, out of stock issue or late delivery by the courier company. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated. Kindly DO NOT place an order if you do not have the tolerance to accept late arrival parcel due to the factors as mentioned here.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs, import taxes, duties and collection fees may apply and vary according to the country. These charges are not inclusive in the order purchased and is solely bear by the customer. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

TAXATION & DUTIES

  • We ship your package DDU [duties & taxes unpaid], and we do not collect nor do we 
  • calculate the VAT, duties and/ or taxes during checkout.
  • Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order.
  • All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package[s].
  • Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package[s], and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
  • The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
  • Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery [COD]. If your order require these additional charges, it must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
